I come to you today with good news!
Dear Friends,
I come to you today with good news: The government here in Uganda has allowed churches to open, and people are meeting together again! The tears of joy and happiness that I have seen speak to the transformation that you have made possible.
We cannot not thank you enough for your prayers and support which have provided a church building and made possible over 30 Bible study groups. It’s like a family reunion as those who once had never even heard of Jesus Christ, now run to worship Him with other believers. As the Lord says in Exodus:
The churches in Uganda are open!
“It is for this purpose that I have raised you up, to show you my power, so that my name may be proclaimed in all the earth!” Exodus 9:16
Never forget the difference you are making with your partnership with UCSS. God is doing something bigger than all of us, of which the full results of our labors will not be seen until we all stand with Him in His eternal kingdom. So today, rejoice with us as the family of God here in Uganda may once again “assemble together” in His name.
