Thank you for reading these updates. Thank you for praying for Ronah, for me, and for my children. And, oh how we thank you for praying for all the families here in Bulike and Buluya. There is not a single person here who is not precious in the sight of the Lord, and our hearts ache for their eternal souls and also for their present, basic needs.
As I thought about what to share with you today, I also thought about the many voices, the many causes, and the many needs that I know you hear about and see all around you. We know that you cannot give to every need we present, nor do we expect you to. Last week was International Women’s Day; next week is World Water Day; it can be overwhelming and cause us to feel like we can’t do enough. But we are Marching Forward!
The scripture says …In all these things we overwhelmingly conquer… How can we conquer when there is so much to be done? You can become a UCSS Lifer, a donor who gives any amount monthly to our General Fund which supports our day-to-day operations. This is where we go when any area of ministry falls short, and it is our area of greatest need at this time.
