Dear Friends,
I led off with this scripture from Colossians because it reflects the heart of every effort we put into this ministry: It is in His name, for there is no other name under heaven or earth that can change a life for eternity or transform entire villages as we see happening here in Bulike and Buluya. And, we give Him thanks for you! Thank you for reading this update and for walking with UCSS as we journey on the King’s Highway, bringing hope to Uganda one village at a time.
Speaking of journey: It’s been exactly one week since our Journey of Hope Virtual Banquet, and I thought it would be a good place, here in this weekly update, to say thank you to all those who took time out of their Thursday night to join us. Likewise, thank you to all those who watched the replay over the weekend, and to those who will yet watch it. Thank you ALL for your prayers and support that make possible the testimonies you will hear and see in this recording.
In closing, we know that every friend and partner of UCSS is handpicked by the Father and that “every good and perfect gift comes from Him…" (James 1:17). You are one of these gifts. Thank you for letting your light shine through your prayers and support of the work we are doing in Uganda. To God be the glory for what He has done.
