Dear Friends,
Christmas greetings from all of us here in Uganda! From the thousands of smiling faces like the ones you see above whom you have impacted with your prayers and support – – from the pastors, teachers, doctors, nurses, and all the UCSS ministry workers whom you are empowering every day – and from myself, Ronah, and the girls:
We love you, and we thank you from the bottom of our heart! You make every day like Christmas because we wake up each morning to the gift of hope that would not be possible without you.
There would be no smiling faces, and there would be no one ministering here if it were not for friends like you. I pray these words never become just a platitude when you read them or appear as a trite cliché stuck in an email for effect. No, my friend. This is from the very depth of my heart.
In fact, the cry of my heart this Christmas is one of thanksgiving to the Father for this UCSS family. It is also my prayer that the Holy Spirit will make the impact you are having on the families here, so real to you, that you can feel our gratitude.
