Learning to Give Back.

COMPASSIONATE CARE, EDUCATIONAL ACHIEVEMENTS, COMMUNITY TRANSFORMATION, SAFE ENVIRONMENTS, HOLIDAY JOY

Dear Friends,

My friend, this holiday season, the spirit of Christmas shines brighter than ever at UCSS! With heartfelt gratitude, we celebrate our UCSS students: It is a joyful thing to watch our Kindergarteners (Top Class) graduate to Primary One – approximately 120 children in total. We also celebrate our Cornerstone Christian Community Vocational students for the impressive work in crafting 1,350 cement blocks which will support local construction efforts, and we applaud our primary students for their excellent Christmas performances (you will see in the video above). ‘Tis the season, indeed!

To say our hearts are full is an understatement. I am also proud to announce the successful water well training initiatives and the foundational work laid for new classroom blocks in Nakalama and Nabisiki, and for the safety of everyone, the installation of CCTV cameras on our campuses was completed. Additionally, with the 151 patients who were cared for at Nana’s Health Center and the five weddings performed which united families in love and hope, we ended the first part of December with much thanksgiving.

These remarkable achievements are a testament to the generosity and support we receive from friends like you. Together, we have created a truly Merry Christmas. However, as we approach the end of the year, we humbly seek your help in meeting our budget needs as giving has decreased significantly these past few months. Your contributions to our Final Impact End-of-Year Giving Campaign (Click Here) will empower us to continue this vital work in 2024 and beyond. Thank you for helping us, and may God continue to bless you this holiday season.

Sincerely,

Ronald…
