Dear Friend,
It is so good to be in the United States. To have seen so many of you at our annual banquet has refreshed my soul and encouraged my heart. Truly, as Proverbs 27:9 states, …the sweetness of a friend is counsel to the soul.
I look forward to visiting many more of you over the next few weeks and sharing with you what God is doing in Bulike & Buluya with your help. There are so many victories. When you support Uganda Counseling and Support Services, lives are changed, bodies are healed, minds are renewed, and souls are set free. All Glory to God!
We rejoice and thank God that we are able to help families in these remote villages. Where once there was no hope, no help, and no one they could turn to, there is now a light in the darkness, life-giving medicine, and soul-saving counsel in the knowledge of Jesus Christ. In the video below, Beatrice and Rovisa’s stories show what happens when God’s people join together to spread God’s unconditional love.
There’s still more to be done, and I’m confident that God is preparing the way. Let’s get together before I leave and see how God might have us go forward as one in this work. I still have several days in October available for visits – a few in September. When would be a good time for us to meet? I can’t thank you enough for your faithful prayers and support already.
